Return Process (How It Works)

1. Contact us: Email , support@kleinerdenker.com, or ( please include your order number and the items in question), or use our contact form at .
2. Preparing the Return: Securely pack the items —unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Shipping: Ship the return at your own expense to the return address listed above. Please use tracking and keep the shipping receipt.
4. Receipt & Inspection: We will inspect the merchandise upon receipt. A refund will then be issued in accordance with the terms described below.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take up to 7 days after our confirmation for the refund to appear in your account.
• There are no restocking fees.
• If there are signs of use or missing labels/original packaging, a reasonable deduction may be made from the refund amount.

Exchanges

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, we can no longer guarantee a cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Please send photos of the item along with your order number to support@kleinerdenker.com. We will review the case immediately and, depending on the situation, arrange for a replacement or refund.
