Return Process (Step-by-Step)

  1. Contact Us: Write to support@kleinerdenker.com (please include your order number and the items you wish to return) or use our contact form.

  2. Prepare the Return: Securely pack the items. All products must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  3. Shipping: Ship the package at your own expense to our business address listed below. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.

  4. Receipt & Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the conditions below.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited automatically to your original method of payment.

  • Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take up to 7 days for the refund to be officially posted after our confirmation.

  • No restocking fees will be charged.

  • If items show signs of use, damage, or are missing original tags/packaging, a reasonable deduction may be made from your refund amount to reflect the loss of value.

  • Requirements for an exchange: The item must be unused, unworn, complete, and returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

Cancellations

  • Once an order has already been processed or shipped, we can no longer guarantee a cancellation.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Please email photos of the item along with your order number to support@kleinerdenker.com. We will review your case immediately and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.
